Balloon Showers!

Albuquerque’s International Balloon Fiesta has come and gone. Lots of folks make a big deal out of this event. I’ve been to the fiesta several times over the years and this year seemed bigger than ever. Not necessarily a “plus” in my book but it was an adventure none-the-less. It was cold but the sky was clear and the winds were low so it was a perfect day for balloonists. I took some photos with my new camera and have posted them for you to see. Balloons of all shapes and colors from all over the world took part. The blue New Mexico skies made a great backdrop and this amateur photo buff only had to point and shoot!
